Our Mission

We use sustainable agricultural and revitalized farm community practices to take a forward-thinking approach to global warming and the reduction of fossil fuels. Our goal is to produce as much of our own food as possible while being kind to the earth and using a minimum of non-renewable resources. We are committed to building a strong local food system; crucial to feeding ourselves and the community.

We are eager to share insights with others who are exploring their own sustainability options. We offer farming workshops and Cooking Classes.

Farm Store

We offer maple syrup, Maple Cashew Granola and Dark Chocolate Granola Bark, Loving A Dying Way of Life by Stuart Osha, note cards, hand thrown pottery, handcrafted table runners and potholders. Our farm store is open by appointment only.

Sugaring Season

We start boiling the first run of sap around March 1st. We invite you to come and experience maple sugaring done the old fashioned way with buckets and a wood fired arch and sample our great tasting syrup.
